I had a thought to try and do a "session" bock, something with lots of flavor and mouthfeel but lower alcohol as I enjoy having a number of drinks what do you think of the following

5.75g batch size
1.036 og
19 IBU

6lbs Munich (9srm)
0.625 caramunich
0.25 melanoiden
0.25 Carafa special 2
O.75 Pilsner - because I have it and could use the og boost

Mash at 154f

1.5oz hallertau at 60
1 oz hallertau at 15

Ferment with wlp830 - this is what I have on hand.

Thoughts on adjustments? I have some Pilsner dme if it needs to be a bit dryer and quite a bit of all the other grains if they need any adjustment.
