I should say I am officiating the marriage of one.
This coming Saturday, in Traverse City, Michigan I have the tearful honor and extreme pleasure of performing the wedding of our own Terrapinchef (Ed Carpus) to (the much too lovely and good for him) Jen. Wallace.
I just finished writing up the ceremony and just felt like giving two of my favorite folks a shout out. If it wasn't for this place I'd never have the honor of knowing them.
And in true HBT fashion Terrapin brewed all the beer, wine and mead for the reception.
In fact one day we brewed a mega 25 gallon batch of a bass clone in a 30 gallon pot. It was a unique brewing experience.
I just thought we all could wish 'chef and Jen well, and maybe on Saturday you all can hoist a pint or 30 to the happy couple.
