I have a bag of rahr 2 row along with a bunch of Centennial, Mosaic, and Calypso hops. Looking to make West coast style session IPA with a 4.5-5% ABV but I have never made my own recipe. I was hoping to get some pointers for building a recipe with these ingredients and what (if any) crystal malts to add. I'm set up for 5 gallon batches with the BIAB technique. Any ideas are appreciated!

I'd like to end up with 6 gallons of wort as I've ended up with a lot of cold break and trübe in my last 2 batches

could brew a smash (single malt single hop).
don't know your efficiency, but 10 lbs of 2 row should put you somewhere around 1.050. do a single bittering addition @ 60 & 1-4 oz @ KO & or dry hopped depending on your preference.
you can use a calculator like this one to help you figure your IBU...
