i went to start my secondary today and while i was taking my cap off my bucket i accidentally shook up the 1st prime. now that my settlement is all mixed in again what are my options at this point. do i have to wait another 2-3 wks before i start my secondary?

not to happy right now.

What kind of cider are you making? Secondary generally isn't an absolute necessity and is just used to clear. So if there is still any yeast cake on the bottom of primary, then sure toss it in secondary and let everything settle out some.

i have unpasteurized cider. with safae4 yeast.. let it sit for about 2.5 wks. was just about to taste it and got all mixed up again. so im not to sure if i should let is settle again or just put in the secondary. i dont want all my settlement in my cider..

It doesn't really matter where you leave it to settle out, as long as you give it time you will be fine. I haven't ever used a secondary with cider and it comes out nice and clear.
