Thin particuleS floaing after gelatin/cold crashing

Is it related? My beer after bottling ended mostly clear, but there was some thin white/clear particules floating in it. They soon end at the bottom of the glass but come back to floating after each sip.

Gelatin/cold crashing related?

Happened again with my last brew. I have cold crashed again but used no gelatin this time. Seems to be hops particules.

This must be from the kettle since I have not dry hopped.

Have you guys notice this?
