They'll probably have another sale for the next holiday weekend. I picked up a mk4 during the last sale. Black Friday was about the cheapest I'd seen one ($79ish I believe for mk4) but I've used mine for cooking and it's a lot nicer than the digital thermometer I bought and replaced twice for $20.
