I bought two cooking style thermos (TW362B) from Thermoworks.com recently. Pretty good price and no problems.
 
If you are looking for cheap, definitely go the Ebay route. I just got 2 dial themometers off Ebay for 30 bucks when they retail for over 90 bucks each. They are omega lab grade thermometers, with a 5" dial face, 2" probe, and 1/2" npt. I am going to use them on the outflow tee I am putting on the counterflow chillers I am building.
