Apparently Sixpoint is pulling out or has pulled out of Austin?

You'd think with all the damn Brooklynites around it would be selling well, lol.

All I know is they're hiring a new rep.

Sixpoint is terminating their relationship with their distributor by not sending them beer. They want to go with another distributor (I think, I've sort of pieced this together) but that isn't going to happen anytime soon. So.. No more Sixpoint in Austin for a while.

Had everything planned out perfectly - wife was coming with me, hotel less than 2 miles from Freetail, we were gonna spend the whole weekend in SA. Then life ****** with me.

Just found out this week that our son made the traveling team for Cross Country, and their first meet is this weekend (school just started yesterday!). Obviously, family comes first, so I'm out on Freetail.

This will be the first release I've missed in a LONG TIME, and I'm bummed I won't get to get drunk with you animals.

Beer 22oz bombers/750s are apparently in on the deal this time around, but the great deals are gonna be on liquor/wine. Cost + $1. Gonna go by and see if there are any good barrel selections at the Marketplace store on my way home.

I remind you because I always manage to forget about these sales.
