Alright so i've been thinking about switching over to all grain brewing not only for the savings in cost i'll get, but also so i can have more control over my brews. I am trying to decide what equipment I'll need. So far this is my list:
A 10 gallon or at least 7+ gallon pot
Turkey fryer
A buckets that is about 5 gallons to hold hot water(~170 deg, can I just use my bottling bucket for this or is that going to melt)
What else would I need, aside from the obvious, primary/secondary.
