that brewgentleman ipa i brought yesterday was pretty good. never heard of that brewery so was kinda surprised.

Holy **** I'm sick of hazy IPA releases. So over it....
Which release prompted this?

I'd normally say the same thing, but I've learned that subsisting solely on Modern Times cans is bad times, so I supplement that with cans of Karl Strauss and Pizza Port here and there.

Speaking of which, Aurora Hoppyalis is still top 3 local canned IPAs for me.

Thanks, I'm really excited how Saison Prestige is tasting. I really liked the Craftsman Peachy Keen too.

Is there any left or plans on a B2? I drank one-gave one of my original two, then immediately did the same thing when I got soon after got more. Now I have none again and want more.

Just snagged a sixer of Aurora today!
1 out of hundreds...
There's always more but haze bro is what drives the market now.

Traffic is terrible so I stopped by Council to check out Nicene.

Great beer, with more of a lactic yogurt tang than I remember from the previous batch.

Definitely has more of the funk though, which is awesome. I still haven't had anything new from them but I'm going to declare this the best beer they make.

Super happy with Aurora I picked up at Target. Not the usual place I'd historically buy beer, but thats the best IPA I can do over in Mira Mesa.

Not a knock on other people's awesome beers in anyway way, but do you even need other people's stone fruit sours? The one I opened from you yesterday is probably the best I've had in a long time (if not ever).

I haven't been drinking much (non-nitro) beer the last few months because of a new medicine I'm on that has a side effect of ******* with the sensation and taste of carbonation, but for whatever reason it doesn't change the flavor of hazy IPAs as much and they're still kind of drinkable. I don't know if that speaks favorably or unfavorably about hazy IPAs. Big ass Bruery stouts taste more or less the same too fwiw.

Time to embrace cask ale and ESB.

wow.... MT to Portland....
And by that, he means, a Fermentorium in Portland, not just distro.

Pretty crazy, but after all this I'm inclined to wonder if they're getting a little ahead of themselves.

EDIT: Oh wow, they're taking over the current space occupied by The Commons too.

That's 4 expansions currently in the works, right?

To their credit, it appears that the infection issues have largely disappeared this year, so the operations side hasn't been as impacted as I would have guessed.

It seems like all of their tasting rooms have done amazing business for them. I wondered in the beginning if they were moving too fast, but it seems like they've really got a grasp on things. Every brewery I was at in Portland was packed when I was there. I can't see why MT would be any different.

And offering pickup for league, basically at the start of the year (well 1 month in or so). That will make their club extra full.

Please open a Fermentorium in NYC

kthxbye
