It was fantastic. Although the 1st time I saw it solo and brought an 10oz flask of Sailor Jerry with me. I had to see it a 2nd time to catch the ending. I was pretty ****** up. I bought a plastic flask and didn't bother to check how many Oz it was.

I am typically the type to turn my brain off and just watch a movie - and enjoy it on it's surface level. But the story in Prometheus is so ******* nonsensical, I was flabbergasted. A terrible film.

It basically going to be Prometheus, which was utter ****.

I just re-watched Prometheus. I left with the same impressions as I did from the first time:
-Visually stunning
-Starts off well with building suspense
-Falls to ****

With movies like Alien, I've come too far not to continue watching the new movies.

And who knows? Predators was actually a decent movie despite the two awful AVP movies. Predator 2 was pretty whack too, but I kind of liked it, ha!

Because everyone dies or no one believes the survivors about how horrible it gets. Plus, don't forget the easter bunny factor, eggs are good, what's inside is better. Duh.

They dumbed down the Aliens franchise, Promethus was a great start to bring it back, but it was never a stand alone movie. There were parts I didn't love but i thought it is leading good places.

I think the sequel might veer too far off the events of Prometheus but the trailers may have intentionally misled.

I've never seen Alien or Aliens all the way through. I think I just lost my friendship with Ken.

Attended my first League Preview Tasting and couldn't recommend more to any league member who hasn't made one yet. I'll leave the detailed tasting reviews to the experts Xul or sdreaper

-Vanilla was fantastic, they only used 2 types of vanilla beans(Mexican and Madagascar) since there's a vanilla bean shortage and they had 3 types in the kegs last year. They did not use Tahitian for the bottles.

-Jacob didn't want to get ahead of himself and said all bottle limits will be released when e-mails go out, when asked about Vanilla bottle limits.

-They have been working for awhile on migrating to their own site for beer sales and hope to be done with BPT in the near future but still need to do some testing with less sought after releases.

-The BA MP Coffee Nitro tasted phenomenal, because of licensing issues(couldn't hear bc I was in the back) they are selling those in 2 packs for $30.

-They have some awesome things(and adjuncts) planned for future Devil's Teeth and Wizard's Blend releases.

-Mexican Hot Chocolate is the only adjunct MP that will be distributed, all others are BPT or League. Mexican Hot Chocolate was delicious but I preferred B1 as it had a better mouth-feel and was more smoother with the chili bite on the end.

Aliens is in my top 5.
3 I like but more for the Fincher aspect than the actual movie.

My first tasting this year and glad I did it. The wizards blend info was great! Did you catch the part about them keeping a barrel of the blend of last year to add into this year? Also tasting confirmed what I was thinking, going to be getting a lot of those nitro cans!

According to what sdreaper told me, this was the first tasting where they allowed +1's, presumably as a stress test of sorts to determine the potential of opening up the warehouse to the public.

Good to hear about the BA MP Nitro cans, however. 2-pack for $30 is more than reasonable.

I might have to ask someone to GPIUFMB a couple bottles of those Vanilla MPs, though...

Yes this was the first plus one tasting and I would say they handled it really well.

The cans are a cheaper per ounce cost than the bombers and a single serve amount so that makes me want to get quite a few. It was my favorite of the night!

Vanilla sounds petty limited but I may be able to help you out if you need it.

We stood in line because Suzy wanted those. Not sure if you saw her in the seats but when it was mentioned she did everything but stand up and start dancing out of joy.

They were sold out by the time we got into the tasting room. So probably a small first run to see how it would go.

Just saw that over the weekend. Surprised just how much I enjoyed it. Used to be a huge Star Wars nerd when I was a kid, and delved hardcore into the extended lore. Rogue One put me right back into that childhood mentality.
