I don't know about other stores but this isn't exactly a rare occurrence. Texas had bottles of the 13 release for about $100. I may have witnessed another store owner bartering with a customer for some society exclusive beers so he could sell them on his shelf.

Same, I feel unsafe enough riding my parents scooter when I am home on residential streets. Way too many terrible drivers out there.

I swear there are items about people dying in motorcycle accidents in the UT 2-3 times a week.
