Fun to wander into toronado and have allagash coolship red on tap with zero fanfare. Really just another data point in the trend of amazing beer being readily available. Now just need some cans of that hoppy table beer.

Also, always a treat to cross path with Xul a couple times, hope the rest of the afternoon was stellar. And thank you mjlevy23 for the bagels, pretty sure tomorrow would be a pretty rough day had those not been consumed. They were a hit among toronado’s staff this evening as well.

All this hubbub about warm IPAs when, let's be real, Pizza Port cans are incredibly resilient, even on the floor of a chain supermarket. I've had three month old Swami's I've forgotten in my humid pantry that's been better than most freshies out there.

Agreed. I think it's a little overblown, personally.

Friday the 6th at PPOB is our first stop off the plane. Sat is 30th. That's all we have planned. Brunch on Sunday at Small Bar is in the works. Erin leaves Wednesday morning. My conference starts Monday morning.
Ahh, the yearly map nerd convention. My buddy is in town and I was able to score him a MT anni ticket.

Quickly followed by the yearly comic book, or now, tv-show and movie nerds. And also when the city of san diego makes bank from visitors.

Yes,and now my emoyernis paying my way. I came out twice on my own dime, staying with friends is key. Still debating renting a car or just ubering the whole trip.

Was going to be there for 9 days, but 2nd weekend is cut as now I'm headed to a funeral in St Louis.

Some of the hazies make my tongue like it was burnt, like from scaling coffee or a chemical burn. I cannot say I'm much of a fan.

I think we narrowly escaped this issue with Gimme a 2nd. The first 5 cases that were filled we have held onto (you know, "for science") are totally chunky. Had to use a giant inline sediment filter to fill the cans that we are selling and what a difference that made vs. the chunky cans.

Avoiding over-extraction of hop-derived polyphenols and tannins is a challenging aspect of making haze. I'm sure most are dealing with the same issue we had in that the mobile canning company is already scheduled, but the beer finished a couple days later than expected and you weren't able to give it enough time to properly settle.

How in the world did employer become emoyernis? It's like you combined employer and penis somehow.
