Hey everyone,

I picked up a 20g morebeer digital single tier stand from Smcinco in January.
I absolutely love this stand and have about 10 brews on it so far.

I picked up this system with the intent of eventually modifying it to do work in a nano as our starter system/pilot. I also grabbed 3-55 gallon Blichmann kettles with the system to brew 1bbl batches.

I'm a little concerned with the added weight on the stand. I'd like to brace and beef up the stand to eventually withstand the weight of a 2bbl batch using the Blichmann extensions.

At the very least the control panel would need to be moved so the HLT can sit centered on the burner.

Structural engineering is not my strong suit so if anyone has any input I'd love to hear it.

I would think at the very least, putting in some vertical support between your top and bottom rails would help. Gussets might be over kill, but what do I know.
