I know westbrook gets all the attention for mexican cake (and rightfully so.) But why havent I heard anyone talk about this beer before? Holy ****, glorious hybrid of belgian strong ale meets old ale...all wrapped up in a blanket of delicious lairds apple brandy.

Like an idiot, I cut the top of the bottle off when I took the picture which would have showed this was an '07 bottle. I got it years ago as part of a small anniversay set to commemorate their 10th anniversary. (10th anny glass pictured on left for double proper.)
