2013 bottle, very unusual beer, super tart/vinous as it opened, but once it sat and opened up, it was definitely more of a traditional RIS, I'd say its doing well, but I'm not sure its everything I want in a RISOne of my favorites! What year was the bottle/how was it doing?

Barrel Aged Stout Sunday doesn't have the same ring as Saison Sunday, but I digress. Just a touch of oxidation and a great beer for this Fall lazy afternoon. #properglassware

good point how long was 16 aged for 2-3 years?Being aged in the barrel for so long is also going to increase the oxygen present in the beer, and sitting in the cellar isn't reducing that. Not off putting at this point, but still present and something will only get worse with time.
