I, too, am interested.Cellarmans anyone? Thoughts...
All my 'Gander friends on Untappd seemed to rate everything in the 3.5-4 range with the ciders getting the higher ratings.Cellarmans anyone? Thoughts...
I stopped in yesterday afternoon for a few minutes and sat at the bar. The staff/owners were everywhere and real nice. I was in time crunch, so I only had the Moscow Miel and the fresh raspberry one. Both were top notch and very similar to B Nectars carbonated meads. Unfortunately I didn't try any of the three beers (Hefe, IPA, and Lager) or either cider. Place was real slow but it was the tail end of the Lions game and the place has no TV. Overall, I'll go back in a few weeks once it's fully up and running. All my 'Gander friends on Untappd seemed to rate everything in the 3.5-4 range with the ciders getting the higher ratings.

Love that place so much, I try to make a biweekly pilgrimage there. They did some really good sours and berliners too. Haven't been up since October though because ****** roadwork, need to get up there again.Anyone been to Ascension yet? They are making some incredible beers. Dance Off! and 15 Mile were particularly good.
Yep. Wish it was in Birmingham instead of Griffin Claw.Anyone been to Ascension yet? They are making some incredible beers. Dance Off! and 15 Mile were particularly good.
