What's good in Ann Arbor? Would love a few recs if anyone has any. Thanks!
Cultivate, but that's down the road in Ypsilanti. Better than anything in AA.

But--Jolly Pumpkin is always good. Homes for all things hazy and good Asian food. I think maybe people still go to Ashley's??

Thanks! Will check those spots out. Will be there in two weeks. Much appreciated.
JP in Dexter (no longer null!) just added a small kitchen, like a half-size menu of the detroit one, so i'd recommend that if you're more interested in the beer than the food since they'll have 3x as many taps as the A2 location. checked it out last night and the food was as delicious as expected.

Yep jp menu plus massive taps compared to a2!

Over on BA, Larry Bell chimed in and said Barrel Aged Expedition will hit the general store the week of 10/22, with distro to follow. He said they have 350 bbl's of the stuff.
Yusss. My experience with BA Expo is it is best with some cellar time (just like expo) but this is v. Exciting.

Probably the wrong thread, but does anyone know any good bottle shops around Traverse City that would have BCBS and variants next week?

Well, they finally started canning...

On a related note, I was at the Warren location yesterday to grab an Eisbock bottle for a buddy. They had the solstice bottle list on the bar. I didn't snap a pic, but I remember vanilla BB4D, BA Solstice stout, BA American Imperial stout, Solar Eclipse.

Edit--here's the solstice list:

BA Solstice.... remind me, was that the 4D + Solstice blend they did a couple years ago or am I thinking something else?

And Immortal Undead? Deets?

No BBBW? Just reg. Bummer.

Orange blossom honey blends perfectly with rich, yet soft, pear and assertive cherries. It is sweet up front with layers of fruit in the middle. The finish is tart with a soft carbonation. in the land of the Undead, there is but one Immortal!
