THE INN KEEPER extract kit from N.B.

So I have the kit but I kind of want to do something crazy with it, add fruit, or something. Any ideas or help?? I want it to be good or atleast good in theory haha.

Have you made the kit as written yet? If not I would do that first, it was my first brew and I am going to be doing it again, hopefully soon in the AG version, the first was awesome even though I knew nothing about fermentation temp control.

It is a really good stand alone kit.

I'd save the crazy stuff for something else, the other two replies are right on, the Innkeeper is a great brew.
