I am quite sure I am not the only one who has weird "dilemmas" in the process of making beer... But this is one of my favorites...

The beer on Tap One (or the bottles with the red cap batch)... Is sooooo darn good, you hesitate to pour it because you want the beer batch to last longer.

Or... Another. The beer on Tap 4 is not ready and needs more carbs... Do I pour it with another in a blend, just so I can taste some now. Or wait? Hmmm seems related to the dilemma above.

Anybody else got any crazy made up problems, dilemmas that makes this process more fun and complex than is required?

yes of course willy . to both of them

heres another i need keg space. do i transfer whats left in a almost done keg to a mini keg to free up a full one. and risk oxygen or worse completely forgetting about said minikeg and now its stale .

i got those kind of made up problems also .

I transfer to smaller kegs (1.5 or 2.5 gallons) all the time to free up another 5 gallon. Should be little to no risk of oxidation if you purge your receiving keg and the transfer line.

Should I brew today, or do laundry? (both require the laundry room). 🤔

Should I make a starter and save 15 bucks or just pitch twice? 🤔

Did I just pass my buzz limit for posting on social media? 🫠
The internal dialogue over how to run the brewery. Oh yeah. Squabbles. Haha

Do I make a keg weight station above the Keezer? I can get decent scales with a display that detachs, and mount on a board, labeled 1-6 for $25 a pop. A quick ON/OFF to see what I got left.

No ... Save the money sure - but the time, effort and headache is actually silly. Come on man.

Finding a beer has finally hit its stride when there's only 10 bottles left. Do I drink them up the next few days, or do I only open one occasionally to savor and make it last, but risk having them go past their prime? I'm at this juncture with a good batch of Baltic porter that's 6 or so months old. One foot on the gas, one on the brakes.

Got nothing on the agenda for tomorrow, maybe I should brew. Hmm, have a kolsch, a porter, and an IPA on tap with another batch of kolsch in the wings for when the first one kicks. What to brew? Haven't done a Wit in a while....hmmm no wheat in inventory. Could do another dark....nah. What I have will last a while, don't need to brew.

Two weeks later: Heck I'm out of beer, need to brew something fast!!!!
