Cheer up, D, because hurricane season isn’t over yet. As far as rain yeah I’ve got some to send your way. That stupid tropical storm was all wind and very little rain, sea aerosol driven by the wind destroyed the finish on my cheap stainless grill, and dried out the leaves on a mulberry tree and some other plants. The grill cleaned up pretty good.Alas dear Josephine will likely be blown off to the east by all the hot air, disturbance 1, likely same fate.
At this point I'd be grateful for even a little rain. Probably will have a miserable winter though. I can hardly wait.
I know I'm a couple weeks behind here....I had to run over to the Emporium in West Boylston for a couple of gas QDs and chatted with the young man that usually is holding down the fort there. He related that business has been very good of late with lots of new folks getting started home brewing and vets stocking up. Surprised me, but that's fine, the more the better, because clearly the bidness on the whole has been in decline over the last many years since its peak. And I need the store to stay afloat!
Cheers!
Not much, having morning coffee, it’s raining, I brewed yesterday might brew again today and I definitely will wash some laundry. Boring accept for brewing.Sup, bitches?
Damn! Had the exact same Weber I just sent into pasture last fall after 19 years of service. I still miss that thing. One armed grilling I can still doView attachment 695190

Haven't you heard most of the new ones from asia are made of low grade radiological material that was sent to them as recycling?

Funny ppl ex's can be. Mine seldom drank coffee much less made it but had to have the coffee maker. I guess she liked the looks of it. My lawyer, "If you really want it I'm sure we can get it,, but I'll just buy you one and add it to the bill, It'll be cheaper that way" He was a good lawyer, actually saved me money in the long run. (read: "could have cost me more")That looks like my old Weber. It was 12 when I had to leave it for my ex. She insisted on keeping it, even though she never used it in those 12 years.
Texas at least has early voting.Coincidentally two of very few states to not allow mail in ballots. Karma?
Eastern Iowa be like: "Hey Texas,, get in line!"I wonder if they’ll have to wait for FEMA as long as Iowa has.
