Anyone else see this yet? I'm usually very skeptical of films with an "all star" cast, but this movie kicked a** in my opinion. Plus, Dropkick Murphys were the perfect addition to the soundtrack.

I thought it was great. ALMOST on par with Scorsece's mob epics. Also, it was the first move i have seen in ages that did not butcher the Boston accents. With the exception of Martin Sheen (who I like and thought was good anyway) and that fook'n Baldwin (who i thins is a C rate actor in this and all other movies) the accents were believable and realistic.

My only other critique is that Jack Nicholson started off great, but as the movie went on (and the plot got more dramatic) he started acting more and more like Jack Nicholson and less and less like his character.

Definitely worth a watch, though.

Yeah this movie blew me away. I didn't believe the reviews going in but I can tell you, this is one time that the critics got it right.

Yeah, I think he was trying to show his character "losing it" and getting more & more unbalanced, but it kind of turned into an Overlook Hotel kind of Jack.
