I'll be coming to town for a bachelor party. We're renting a party bus and hitting up Oskar Blues, New Belgium, and Avery. We're toying around with doing Great Divide before a Rockies game and I'm trying to convince them to hit up Crooked Stave as well.

What are the general thoughts on these places?

Everybody mark down July 26th on your calendar. I'm trying to get some people together for a bottleshare before the Rockies game.

Where would be a good place to do this? I was thinking CS as I'll pretty much be living there all weekend. Thoughts?

All great. OB has great food to get a nice base coat for all that drankin. New Belgium is super fun. Averys tap room has beer that is sooo much better than what they distro and more great food. Since you are close I'd hit up sanitas as well. They are on the come up right now.

GD is fun and all but don't usually have much that's special on tap and CS is awesome so there's that.

50/50 on they'd be open to the idea.
Now I could show you onto some of Colorado's finer tourist attractions....

I will be there to open the place up with some hearty drinking. Got some great beers and their new menu is literally the reason that place is my watering hole, even if the beer list isn't as rare or spectacular at times as I'd like. Granted it is a whole 2 blocks from my condo. If you'll be there, come say hi. I'll be in the glasses sporting the black and red Germany kit from this WC.

Will be in the Denver/Boulder area on August 11th and 12th and am looking to recruit golf/beer buddies. Am also fielding beer/food/and all other sorts of recommendations DenverBeerDrinker FishPondManager blue_bleeder. I'll be staying in Lafayette at my aunt's spot one of the nights StubFaceJoe.
I occasionally partake in a beer or two. I'm sure I could be convinced to have one. Need to see the work schedule but might be able to do golf also. And by golf I mean drinking beers while I swear at a little ball for a couple of hours.

Also LOL at Pappy, Hommage, and LP Fram being "not quite there." You crazy.

Before the Dawn may be the best beer there. Srs.

Who will be around to hang out on Thursday? I land at Denver International at around 10:30am and will prob rail to downtown. None of my buddy's get in until 5:30 so I'll be free to get into some shenanigans until they get there. I'll have no clue where I'm going/what to do/what will be open. Suggestions?

By the time you get in everything will be open. You won't have trouble finding something to do. Might want to hit up Hops and Pie for lunch. Usually have a decent tap list.

What do you have planned for later that night? Not sure if I can make it out yet or not. When you leaving town?

So far, I only have plans for Friday (SNBC then Barry's for the night) and Saturday (Grimm anny party and then Rockies game). I'll be in town till Monday night. Plane departs at like 11:55pm so I should be around for most of that day. Thursday, Sunday, Monday are all free with no real plans other than maybe a bit of sight seeing at some parks, maybe the zoo. We are planning on using public transportation for a majority of the trip as well as the bike system that is around. I should be able to meet up anywhere around Denver that I can hop on a bus and get to.

I'm also planning on trying to make it out to the WOB Cherry Creek one night because an old buddy from Florida is the GM there and it's been a good minute since I've seen him.

I'll have to see how my plans play out. Might think about Avery on Sunday since they are having a release of one of the beers in the BA Series. Always a good time and you can bottle share in line. that would give you a chance to hit up Backcountry Pizza. Usually a nice tap list there.

Any clue what the beer is supposed to be? I might actually be down for this, and there is a small box on its way with some stuff to open with everyone. :D

Labors Of Hercules, when/where did you want to meet up to grab those brews from me?
