I have just decided, over a nasty liquor-store-bought beer (or five), that i will sample my very first home brew batch tomorrow evening :rockin: wish me luck... because even if it tastes like turd, im determined to not waste a single drop!

Well i have just finished off my very first beer from my very first batch.....

i only made one mistake....

i only put ONE in the fridge this afternoon! it is a little thicker than i would normally like, and has a hint of honey flavouring to it, but damn it goes down well (to my surprise)!

its only two weeks after bottling so i guess its characteristics will change slightly over the coming weeks? i was a little worried about trying it this early, as a lot of you guys on the forum seem to leave it longer, but so far so good.

Can't wait to try the cider i made that should be ready to try on Christmas Eve :tank:

You'll notice a big change to your beer over time.

ya like 5 years from now you will have a garage full of brewing goodness; you'll be up @ 2 am punching away at the keyboard... And why????????? Because you have 15 beers ready and you can’t decide on what to pour next, because there all so DAMN good.

Ok I only have 12 ready, not 15....LOL
