I wish my SWMBO was that understanding of this hobby.............

Nice! How stable can you keep the temps?

I've only had it fully running form about 4 days with 2 5 gallon batches.. Right now it's at 68F. I have my beer box outside in the shed. I've had it at 52F without some ice as a natural and without anything in the box.. I'm going to lager both my batches so I will tell you how low it gets!

My beer box R rating is R23! & I can fit up to 5 5 gallon batches inside my beer box/fermentation cabinet.

What kind of insulation are you using? I thought the 2inch foam insulation was only R10 or so. I'm getting ready to do something very similar here. Gonna stash it in an outbuilding. I'm thinking 4'x3' and 30" tall.

fairly low, no?

I've got it down to 52F but that was when it was about 70F outside and about 100 inside the shed. I'm going to add several items to lower the temp in the shed. On Sunday I'll try to get the Beer Box as cold has I can when I transfer both batches!

B-Day is the best beer!:mug:
