Time to get this show on the road...

Starting off with a little Lyrics Born. Was super pumped to find this "used" 2xLP on clear vinyl still sealed for $10! Dude was always my favorite half of Latyrx. The beer is also music related - "All You Knead Is Love" from Free Range Brewing.

Thanks! Most of it was my father's equipment that I inherited, excluding the tables. For the tables it's a late 70's sl220 and an early 70's sl1650, both craigslist finds. The 1650 is actually the disc changer version and I finally tracked down all the different adapters. For the speakers I loved my dad's vintage KLH Model 6's so much I rebuilt a dead set from the 60's that I found on craigslist.

This beer sucks. My wife got me a four pack for Father's Day cause she knows I like "bourbon beer". God I love her...but I hate this beer equally.

At least the record is good. This reissue came with a big ******* booklet with a narrative history of the band. ******* reading is hard at this point, but giving it the ol college try.

Obvious answer is Flying Burrito Brothers. Ill take Gilded Palace of Sin over either of the solo GP records (and I quite like the solo records). International Submarine Band too if you're a completest. Otherwise he's kinda out on a level of his own but belongs to that handful of country/hippy/folk where his fans also universally seem to praise The Byrds, Townes, Blaze Foley, Gene Clark, Iris Dement, early Emmylou, Lucinda Williams, etc etc etc

I got this copy at my local shop, but it looks like it's on Discogs for a normal price.
