I'm sure Dropkick was destined to become what they are...and that's likely why McColgan left the band...but would have loved to see him make at least one more album with that original lineup.

I actually had no idea what the lineage of the band was. Two members of the Mighty Mighty Bosstones in there as well, I see. I can definitely hear it in there.

4 CDs:
Kevin Devine: Between The Concrete and Clouds
Solea: Finally We Are Nowhere
Retisonic: Robots *******
Pilot to Gunner: Guilty Guilty

All full length albums.

Also, I keep all my plastic, but the non-shrinkwrap stuff does start to look pretty messy on the shelf.
By the way kbuzz this Retisonic album has really grown on me. There's a lot of Burning airlines in there.

Since we can’t post pictures anymore due to the fact that the new owners are dipshits, picture me drinking a can of Vallejo while listening to Remain In Light.
Videos still postable? I mean I don't want to be that guy that sits around all day posting youtube videos of himself drinking and listening to records but...every tragedy needs it's hero I guess. Also, yes, I do kind of want to be that guy.

Yes. And maybe images are back? Some are, anyway.

Picked this up yesterday, couldn't resist the middle school memories. Reminds me of hanging out with my friend John Stella. A couple of years ago I went to a wedding and one of the guys in the wedding party went to Ellenville Central School the same time I was there, but he was a in a different year. We ran through some names to see if we knew any of the same people. Turns out he knew John Stella. "Oh yeah! John Stella...he was a **** up." He was. Fun to hang out with, though.

Before I get **** about the plastic on this. First of all, it's an extremely tight sleeve that's barely noticeable when searching through the shelves. Secondly...this was one of my wife's first ever gifts to me, years before we were married...a first run OG pressing. Plays perfectly.

I guess this rabbit hole has been opened...

This is probably tied with Let It Be (ironically can't stand title track) for fave album. Previous rubber soul and abbey road are tied in the next tier...then things become debatable.

I’m lookin through you...so good. Also aesthetically maybe fave album cover?
