Black Tambourine is just one of those bands. Only a couple of singles here and there, but those singles have become so influential over the years.

I really like Interboro, but this is a terrible beer. I didn't realize it was a mint IPA when I purchased it.

I always convinced myself that Brighten the Corners was the best Pavement album, while listening to arguments for Wowee Zowee.

But when I realized I could just stop being a know-it-all ******* and like the album everyone else likes, I realized that Crooked Rain is in fact the best.

But damn if Pavement didn't miss.

American Water is the best Pavement Album. **** y’all (and I love Crooked Rain, Slanted, and Wowee. But really, Crooked Rain is best, except AW.)

I honestly don’t know what this means.

Drag City is a record label that is so indie it hurts. Like, even doesn’t stream anywhere. Haven’t ever. Buying the lp+mp3 was the top of the mountain. Plus you play for Apple Music anyways. But now The Silver Jews are streaming. This is a revelation.

On the real, too, if you have never head American Water by the Silver Jews, you are missing top 3 American rock albums ever. It’s beyound amazing.

Regularly spam up in here with BPB, Ty Segall, Silver Jews, et al. It was the rest of the technical mumbo jumbo that I didn’t quite follow. “Streaming” and such. Also on beers...so there’s that.

So it goes Sgt Peppers, Exile on Main St, Silver Jews?

Those are just always the 2 on all of the list type things.

I'm glad you don't agree.
Example of one of many I’d rank ahead of all of those:

Edit: although Canadian...so not in same category technically I suppose. But this **** is better than.

EDIT: clearly on beer this evening.

I remember drag city...

I wish I had a basement to get drunk in and listen to vinyl... instead I’m on my couch drinking and staring at my phone... maybe I’ll go on the patio for some digital tunes

Dude, you gotta go with the BT setup w/ headphones. Only chance I get is when kids/wife are asleep. I feel ya. Plan accordingly.
