Funny story. I was in a store in Waterbury and a guy was looking for Heady. The store said they get the delivery Wednesday and to come back then. I said to the guy why don't u just go to the brewery and get a case. He said it was closed to the public he thought...... When I infomed him he was a mere 20 minute drive from scoring Focal Heady & Crusher you should've seen the look on his face. Better than a kid on Christmas morning. I think I made his year. Goes to show that some people still don't know the new brewery is open to the public. Also goes to show this guy did zero research. Anyways thats my good deed for the day. Back to being a Massachusetts ******* (Masshole)

Ya I would say this past Tuesday at open, probably 30 people in line. Wednesday was a different story..... 1/2 that.... 15 people or so in line before opening. Compared to (from what i've heard >100 people this summer)

Limit was 1.66 cases when I was there the past couple days. Now it's up to 2 case limit.

When exactly is prime leaf peeper time? I am coming out with some friends from Portland (The other one), and we are gonna be doing some leaf peeping in Mid October. I assume this is prime peeping? If any of you people want to peep on some leaf peepers while peeking a peeing pecker, holler at me.

I think this is usually past prime. We were up for Columbus day weekend and in some areas trees were mostly bare.

Well hopefully we get the gamut of colors and areas since we are doing a large New England Loop (Boston > Vermont > New Hampshire > Portland > Boston > Providence > New Haven > NYC)

If you're hitting all the states you should be good. And in VT honestly it depends so much on the weather it's really hard to say. All it takes is a big storm with heavy rain and strong winds to end foliage season early. Then all we have is a bunch of pissed off new yorkers.

Thankfully the beer is good year round, so no worries there.

I think they may be re-inventing things and that Broken Spoke may now be something like Crusher was (on the list daily), and they have expanded the list to include a slot for shorter lived special releases like Sterk Wit, Harvest Ale and Luscious which were previously unlisted.
