Last week, I posted about brewing for my company, then winning the chili cookoff.

I had several people contact me for the recipe, so I decided to just post it online. Here you go!

Sounds pretty good. I use 3 or 4 different forms of cayenne pepper in mine. If you don't feel well, like the flu or something that evening, you can et a bowl or two of my chili & be ready to go in the morning. The load of cayenne does it. I like a decent amount of cumin in mine as well. thickening with masa flour gives it that corn tortilla quality as well.

Cumin is nice. I've been known to tinker with it, batch to batch. I came close to adding black beans this time around, as I've developed a taste for them... but I didn't want to experiment prior to the contest.

I also have some overcarbed bock that's trying to convince me to add it to chili...

Bock, the Cooper's English bitter, & browns seem to work well in chili in my opinion. Cumin just gives that certain something in the right amount. I think different forms of cayenne give a fuller flavor quality besides the heat needed to kick a virus's a$$. The astringent quality of cayenne makes'em go belly up. It's an equal opportunity a$$-kicker...
