I am going to the gym at 6 then mashing in by 9 .....2 5 gallon batches..one oatmeal stout, one pliny clone.
I`m not brewing Thanksgiving Day but the day after I`m brewing an Amber.
I'm hoping to bottle a Brown Ale Saturday and brew a Holiday Ale sunday. Does that count?
