Did my very first BIAB, actually my very first homebrew ever (I like to run before I walk) and I just put it in the fermentor. I don't know how it will taste because I just used random ingredients (the extras I had before I start using recipes) just to test the whole process out. And thanks to all the countless hours I spent reading these forums the numbers all looked good and I had no problems (yet, still a long way to go) but just wanted to say thanks to everyone that takes time to post here and give advice to us noobs and puts up with our silly questions.
If I did the calculations right, well, if I imputed the calculations into the calculators right, I got 77 efficiency so I think I'm off to a good start. Keeping my fingers crossed that it'll turn out drinkable, but just wanted to say thanks, I can't believe I didn't do this sooner!
