Haha, no diet. SWAMBO is. Throwing more numbers out there made me look like I knew more than I actually do.

The pasta mill is adjustable. I used it for my first AG batch over the weekend. Prior to that I used it for some extract grains. So, I'm still trying to dial it in. Have you read the thread on it?
