I just wanted to say thanks to all you scientists that are making the "Brew Science" forum such an interesting read :rockin: As a tax accountant, I have extremely limited knowledge in this area (as evidenced by the fact that I'm constantly googling and trying to understand some of the terms you guys are using) but I've always found science in general absolutely fascinating and I am really enjoying learning from you guys.

I wish I had the knowledge to contribute in this subforum, but for now I'll just be reading and soaking up as much as i can. Thanks for sharing your expertise. I would share mine but I don't think a "Brew Tax" forum is a very good idea
