After about 5 yrs of being a home brewer, the last 2 of which have been 1-2x brew/month and the last year of HBT membership.

I am especially happy with swamp coolers combined with the Vermont summers and natural cooling available during the winter months.
Combine this with yeast starter knowledge and..... Enough said!
