Hello! New to the site and I figured I would ask for some input. I am thinking of designing and fabricating a stainless steel mash tun that is temperature controlled by a PID controller regulating a solinoid valve that controlls the steam input. The tun will be double wall stainless with an air gap between the two to act as insulation...(Double pane window idea) and then the steam will get manifolded into the inner pot to heat the mash as necessary. My question is has anybody done this? Thoughs, ideas? Is it over engineered?

Thanks
Chris
