I'm about to bottle 5gal of Amber and the recipe says to keep the temp at 70 degrees the first day or two then down to 55 or 60. Room temp at my house now is 65-70 degrees, should I put the beer in a box in my fridge (40-45degrees) or will room temp be ok?

Thanks :ban:

Amber lager?

I just did a dunkel and I left it for three days at 70F, then four days at 60F, and now it is lagering at 40F. I moved it to lager after opening one bottle and having good carbonation already.
