So I have had an ipa sitting for a few weeks now and it is great out of the bottle. Im concerned whether I should put it all in the fridge or let it sit in the box in the basement where is subject to temp fluctuations. Maybe 65 to 75. So I guess my question is should I chill all the beer, or leave it be warm in the basement? Thanks

IPAs are best enjoyed young, and cold will preserve character better than warmth, so if you actually have the fridge room I'd pack it full before leaving any bottles out in the warm...

Cheers!

Back on January 30, BeerSmith had a podcast on flavor stability. The bottom line was that a steady cold temperature provides the best flavor stability.
