Through testing, I've found that it's my regulator that's sprung a leak. It will hold gas at lower pressure, but the minute the knob is turned up it starts leaking. Any ideas? Should I just scrap it and buy a new one of are they fixable? It's a single regulator with the red knob.

Odds are the diaphragm went to Regulator Heaven.
Easily replaced, and Taprite is good about rebuild kits.
The kit for the popular 740 series can be had here among other places...

Cheers!
