I just got my kegging set up last friday. I drew my first glass tonight. Under carbed but tasty.:ban: My question is should i leave my picnic tap on or take it off until the next time I serve. Thx in advance.

50 degrees @ 30psi for 24 hours. Aprox 12hrs @13psi. I didn't get the co2 tank filled till sat. Racked and put under pressure sat evening. Just set it to 17 psi due to temp.

I would leave it on until your 10% confident that he out post doesn't leak. Too many horror stories of kegs leaking completely out overnight because a poppet didn't seat properly.

50 degrees? Why so warm when trying to force carb?
