I have been lurking on this site for over a month and have heard a number of ways to get a sample but I have just not found one that works easily for me.

Wine theif - have not tried it cause dont want to spend the $

auto siphon - pain in the a** beacuase my tubing is always wound up and i spend cant do the siphon and unwind the tubing, when I try it the beer gets to the top of the racking cane and then doesnt quite start the siphon process

turkey baster - I take a sample, which i can barley reach in my 7 gall carboy, and on the way oout of the carboy half of the beer falls out

you get the idea;

any suggestions for ways you do that are easy and cheap, and sanitary

Thank in advance:cross:
