In northeast Ohio, high school football rules, and I planned to make a big RIS for our rivalry game for the first weekend in november. I've only made IPAs(with good success) and one saison(surprisingly good.) I might add coffee and chocolate to a long secondary. Any info or help would be great.

No worries, I just had to throw that one out there. I'm sure you are used to it. At least you don't own the NFL record for the crappiest season in history (0-16).
