This is apparently an Ethiopian beer, maybe with honey and/or sorghum, and bittered with gesho, which is not hops but has a sort-of hop-like taste. Anybody ever brewed one? Anyone even had one? I have gesho and sorghum malt arriving by mail soon, and want to come up with a recipe.
