Can i add syrup to a wort at the last of boiling. Kinda like honey? Ive got tons of pears and i can make a pear syrup

Sure. If you really want to retain as much flavor and aroma from it as you can I would add it to the fermenter once primary starts to slow down. That's what I do with honey.

Yeah ive been looking and looking for something to do with pears besides wine a cider. Ive done those and blah blah blah. As a chef there has to be a way to liquify the pears and make beer or add it to it.
