Willing to up-size. I have 1/2 of a sack of golden promise (split #8). I am willing to go to a full sack if there is someone out there that is willing to take over the 1/2 sack. ;)

iPhone strikes again. That is split number 8.

Very cool - I would be all over that copyright, if I hadn't grabbed my full bag already!

Keep the push on gents - would be great to close soon so I can get the full order to our buyer before the weekend.

bierhaus - awesome and thanks for rounding up the troops in utica. I know it can be like herding cats, but it is appreciated!

5 sacks to go!

It looks like a couple payments you guys made to amazon made it into last month's statement. i.e. if there are a couple people out there who still want to pay by amazon I have $673.55 of space left to accept electronic payments

Keep in mind that when the order closes you will have to send a certified check or money order if you haven't paid and we can't deal with the difference in paypal.

Lastly. It is imperative that you pay ASAP once we close the order. Since we are receiving the grain at a business we need to make every effort to clear the grain from the business by the close of the first weekend after we receive the grain. You can't pick up your grain until I have your money. Personal checks takes days to clear and this will obstruct your ability to make a timely pick up. I don't want to be dealing with cash at pick up.

Thanks!

Cidah - if available, I'm still planning on paying via Amazon - I'm just waiting until Friday (2/10) if I can to kick it onto next month's statement. Let me know if this will be a problem however.

I'd be willing to pick up .25 if someone is able to pick up the other quarter. Never used it, but it sounds interesting.

I'll send my payment today through Amazon instead of snail mail. Would it be better to send what the spreadsheet says I owe or the deposit amount you posted earlier?

Do you have an idea what weekend will be the pick up will be? My work schedule is ever changing and I need to make sure I have a some time off.

Cidah - I plan to mail my final payment same day with a MO as soon as I have a final tally. However, since I have a substantial order if you want me to send the difference now, I can certainly do that. Let me know.

Westo - no problem - just trying to get people in the mind frame of payment, and how crucial it is they do the payment quickly (if you send a payment last minute just please do so in the form of a money order or certified check; that will count as an instant payment when I have it in hand). Amazon is fine as long as someone else doesn't get to it ahead of you :) I can only take $1000 a month, then they charge me fees. i.e. you will have to pay the fees they charge.

Smashing - I would say pay the full amount posted if possible. This way if you are a little over or under we can settle up via paypal.

jbsengineer - no worries, you paid down a deposit so that helps. Feel free to wait until the last minute, just try to pay with a money order or cert check.

As for pickup this is absolutely dependent on when we close the order. Once I get the order I will still have to submit to the buyer who in turn submits to NCM (figure from 24hrs to several days). We get pricing back and I provide the actual cost to each person. Once we submit the order they pick and ship. That usually means the order goes out within 1-2 days of our order request.

The key here is, since we are delivering to a business that is kind enough to let us do so we need to execute the payment/pickup ASAP.

If we don't close the order this week we will hold the order until we do. Since we only have 5 bags it is crazy not to close out to 8000lbs for the grain. I know Utica club is likely spoken for and I am not sure if there are any other order coming in from new people, maybe 1 person. i.e. get the lead out and place another bag on the order if you have one left in you :D

Weston - I think you ok to make the changes. I think Copyright didn't want to move to a full bag without his split being filled so the other person wasn't left high and dry trying ot fill it.

FYI everyone, just received another amazon payment: Only 486.24

Just went ahead and paid in full through Amazon. Accidentally mis-entered the amount on the first payment, so I sent a second to cover last $5.

Thanks for doing this!

FYI everyone, just received another amazon payment: Only $219.78 of payment space left.

westo - am i missing something? I have you down for 266.46 in payments but show you as 261.46 for what you owe (estimate). Either way we can resolve it with the final costing.

I updated the prepayment tally (please reference it on post #2)

Thanks guys!

Added a split of GW-VIEN if anyone is interested. If it fills, cool. If not, I think I've got enough others to last me for a while.

Also - can I get a roll call of Buffalo area brewers? I may be able to make the pick up and haul it back depending on delivery date.

Change made.......

Looks good.

All set, I no longer have the split and have the full bag.

Weston, if you want to take my 1/3 sack of BZ-VIEN (Split 33), you are welcome to it. I'm concerned about the number of containers I will have to bring (from Albany). If you take my portion of that split, it lowers my container count by one. I already have Vienna at home (about 1/2 sack), and would either hold off (assuming we get our overall bag count) or add a full sack (if needed to push us over the top).

As an aside, if you like IPA's, my next batch is Troeg's Nugget Nectar which uses Vienna. :)

Send me your email and I will Amazon you the remaining $16.46 for my last grain additions....or an even $20 to call it good. On another note I got my enclosure today and now looking to see how I am going to lay it all out. Have to run out to Radio Shack/Home Depot to get some parts and pieces....ready to begin wiring!!! Yeah baby!!! Thanks.

I've always wanted to try a Nugget Nectar clone. Do you have a recipe your following?

Hey all!
