My beer was bottled on 11/26, all in 1/2 liter swing tops. A buddy just had all 48 of his 12 ozs go off after 2 weeks in the bottle.

I assume, swing tops can take more pressure? Also, when am I in the clear?

I dont expect any issues, but his bombs had me worried a little.

I bottled after my beer hit the recommended (from Williams kit directions) 1.019 for 3 days straight and use the provided priming sugar, so i dont expect issues.

As long as your beer was at a stable FG,they should be fine as long as you didn't overprime them. With an FG of 1.019,it must've been a big beer OG-wise.

Williams Brown Ale.

Im an idiot and didnt check my OG. Thus the reason for my OG post a while back. This is my first batch. I have to say, so far it has gone very well.
