Sorry, newbie here. Can somebody give me some advice as to how best to covert it to a partial boil extract recipe? I've never tried to do that before.

Thanks!

To convert a recipe from AG to extract is pretty easy.

Figure out the recipe, it will be something like this:

xx lbs base malt (2-row, marris otter, etc.)
xx lbs crystal xx
xx lbs adjunct 1 (munich, vienna, chocolate, roast)
xx lbs adjunct 2 (munich, vienna, chocolate, roast)

x oz bitter hops @ time
x oz flavor hops @ time
x oz aroma hops @ time

yeast

to make extract with steeping grains, replace the base malt with enough extract to get the original gravity you need. There are online calculators to help you with this. There is also software for your computer. Steep the crystal and adjuncts, keep the hops and yeast the same. easy.

Just buy computer software like beersmith. It will convert it for you.

Remember the hops will be different based upon your boil size....All all grains are based on a 5 gallon boil volume.. you will most likely be using a 2 - 3 gallon.
