Sweet oatmeal stout ?

Hello all this is my first post so I don't know if this has been covered. I have been brewing all grain for a year now (all kits) and I'm ready to make my own recipes I really want to make a sweet oatmeal stout with a small roast back bone .so Im asking for suggestions or any possible recipe you all have try thanks in advance for all the help

It is sweet, thick and NOT bitter with roast. It's a pain to brew since it has soooo many different grains in it. But, perhaps if you don't want to brew it exactly, it may help guide/inspire you to making your own. Just as Yoopers did for me.

I did one recently. Check other recipes (beersmith is great for this) for an idea on the grist. I also separately mashed the chocolate malt I used as it would've affected the pH of the mash (which was not favored for the sweet stout.) Lastly, make sure your BU:GU is on.

Everything else is gravy.

I just tapped this one and it is delicious. Very little if any roast character, and smells like milk chocolate in the glass:

It is lightly oaked and includes a small amount of McCormick's Pumpkin Spice blend, but I would stress that those are NOT essential ingredients (though they're easy to use).
