Sweet Co2 Find

Went to get my CO2 tank filled this morning after running out xmas eve and talked to the tire shop owner about an extra. I nearly crapped myself when he said he can sell me a 5lb tank of Co2 for drumrole please..... $15 bucks I need to start saving up now for 2 more kegs!!

Is it within hydro and did he say sell or rent? Lots of places just do swaps, meaning he'd be taking yours in exchange for the full one and $15

Its an additinal tank for 15 bucks filled i would just keep swapping that one out for 15 bucks. No deposit or anything
