Swaping kegs

Just started to keg my home brew. What I need to know is if you can pour from a keg then untap it and store for future use in order to rotate out beers. My kegerator will only hold 2 kegs but I have4 kegs to sample.

This is fine. I do it all the time. The shifting temps and all that don't seem to be an issue. I just wipe the posts and spray a little star san on them when I pull a keg.
